Restock connects Indian shop owners and wholesale distributors in one mobile app. Shops order stock and track what they owe. Distributors publish products, receive orders and verify customer payments. Distributors and wholesalers are called dealers in the app.
When can I start using it?
We’re preparing for launch on Android and iOS. Join the early-access list below and we’ll let you know when the app is available. Store links and launch details will be shared when they’re ready.
Can I order from more than one distributor?
Yes. You can browse distributors registered on Restock and their available catalogues. Existing suppliers do not appear automatically. Each cart contains products from one distributor, so orders and payments stay separate.
Who sets prices and offers credit?
Your distributor sets product prices, pack sizes, bulk discounts and schemes, any price list or special rate for your shop, and any credit limits and payment terms they offer. Restock helps you see and manage these details; it does not provide loans.
How does Restock check a business?
Each business confirms itself with one proof in its own name: a GST number, Udyam registration or PAN, checked in seconds, or — for a shop — a Shop Act licence, which a person at Restock checks. Confirmed businesses show a Verified badge. Once confirmation is switched on, shops confirm before placing orders.
Does Restock collect payments or deliver orders?
Pay your distributor directly using the method you agree on. Your distributor arranges delivery, including charges and timing. Restock keeps the order updates and payment records together so both sides can follow along.
Do I need Tally to use Restock?
No. Shops can order and distributors can manage their products, orders and payments without Tally. The Windows connector is optional for distributors already using TallyPrime.
Can I just see my Tally books on my phone?
Yes. Books is a separate, read-only account for your own TallyPrime data: sales, purchases, dues, ledgers, stock, profit and GST. No catalogue or shop orders, and no entries sent back to Tally. Your customers and suppliers do not need Restock accounts. Books is ₹249/month or ₹2,499/year, with a 30-day Books trial; Premium includes it.
Do shops and distributors both need a Restock account?
Yes. Distributors set up their business and publish a catalogue. Retailers set up their shop profile and browse registered distributors. Both businesses see the orders, payments and updates relevant to them. For read-only Books, your customers and suppliers do not need Restock accounts.
How do I get started?
Join the early-access list while the app is preparing for launch. Once you have access, sign in with a code sent to your phone, choose your business role and complete your profile. Shops browse available distributors; distributors publish products for shops to order. If you only need your Tally books, choose Books, add your business name and city, and link your Windows PC.
What does Restock cost?
Ordering is always free for shops; Shop Pro, the optional shop plan, is ₹99 a month, ₹529 for 6 months or ₹949 a year. Distributors choose Basic at ₹149 a month, ₹799 for 6 months or ₹1,429 a year, or Premium at ₹599 a month, ₹3,299 for 6 months or ₹5,999 a year; Premium includes Books, Tally trading sync, credit limits, team logins, insights and exports. Books is ₹249/month or ₹2,499/year for read-only Tally books. New distributor accounts start with 30 days of Premium, Books accounts with a 30-day Books trial and shops with 30 days of Shop Pro.
