to a verified payment.

You control your products, prices, delivery and credit terms. Retailers pay you directly. Restock keeps the shared records together.

Products, packs and prices

Publish the products you sell, with photos, pack sizes, prices and available stock. Set minimum order quantities, bulk rates and free-quantity schemes such as “buy 48, get 4 free”.

Prices for each shop

Put shops on a price list — say Wholesale at 5% off — give a product its own rate on a list, or give one shop a special rate on one product. Each shop sees only its own prices.

Set each shop's credit terms

Choose how much each retailer can buy on credit and when payment is due, for shops that have confirmed their business on Restock. Track unpaid orders against that limit. You provide the credit, not Restock.

Review payment history

See a retailer's repayment record with your business before accepting another credit order. The in-app rating is not a credit bureau score or a repayment guarantee.

Receive and verify payments

Retailers pay you directly by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash — or part in cash and the rest by UPI. Check the payment in your own records, then verify it in Restock to update the unpaid balance.

Confirm and dispatch orders

Review incoming orders, confirm them or put them on hold. Arrange delivery and add transport or driver details so the shop can follow the updates.

Short on stock? Send less

If you can't send everything, propose the smaller order. The shop approves it — or after 24 hours unanswered you can send it anyway — and the invoice matches what shipped.

Approve licences for restricted lines

For medicines, seeds, fertilisers, pesticides and other lines where the buyer needs a licence, you review each shop's licence and decide. Until you approve, those items wait in the shop's cart; the rest of its order can go.

Know who you're trading with

Businesses confirm themselves with a GST number, Udyam registration or PAN in their own name, and shops can also use a Shop Act licence. Confirmed businesses show a Verified badge. Confirm your payment accounts with a ₹1 check.

Connect Tally when you need it

Already use TallyPrime? With Premium, the optional Windows connector sends selected orders to Tally as you dispatch them and brings stock, price levels and payments back. Check the result and retry failed entries from Restock.

Your Tally books on your phone

With Books or Premium and the Restock Connector for TallyPrime: sales and purchases by day, customer and item; who owes you and what you owe, bill by bill and how old; every ledger with its statement; stock, below zero and slow-moving; profit and GST month by month. Straight from your Tally, for you — and with Premium, your Accounts staff. Books is read only; Premium also supports trading.

Keep stock easy to find

Scan a barcode while adding a product, with name suggestions when a match is available. Filter your catalogue by in-stock, low-stock and out-of-stock products.

Work through orders faster

Search orders and use ready-made views for today’s orders, high-value pending orders and orders awaiting Tally. Select multiple pending orders to confirm together.

See who owes you money

View unpaid balances for each retailer and see which payments are overdue. Open the related orders when following up with a shop.

Insights and exports

With Premium: sales against the period before, best shops and products, how fast shops pay and orders go out, and regular shops that have gone quiet. Download orders or order lines as a CSV.

Invoices stay with the order

View and share invoice PDFs when invoice details are available from Tally, or attach your own invoice PDF. Keep the invoice number, date and amount alongside the order.

Returns with a clear record

Review retailer requests for returns, damage or short supply. Approve or reject requests, record credit notes and reflect approved adjustments in the amount owed.

Show shops where to pay

Add your bank accounts and UPI details, and choose a default account. Retailers can find your payment details on their order.

How do I get started?
Join the early-access list. We’ll share availability and onboarding details when Restock is ready. Every new distributor account starts with a 30-day free trial of Premium.
What does Restock cost?
Basic is ₹149 a month, ₹799 for 6 months or ₹1,429 a year; Premium is ₹599 a month, ₹3,299 for 6 months or ₹5,999 a year. Trading accounts start with a 30-day Premium trial. If you only want read-only Tally books, Books is ₹249/month or ₹2,499/year with its own 30-day trial. Premium includes Books plus trading sync, credit limits, team logins, insights and exports.
Can I use Books without taking orders?
Yes. Choose Books for your own TallyPrime books, without a catalogue or shop orders. Signup needs your business name and city, with no business-proof application. Your account stays private. If you later choose Premium and submit the dealer application, your books and PC link stay. Books is separate from Basic.
Who sets prices and credit terms?
You set product prices, stock and pack sizes, any price lists and special rates for particular shops, plus the credit limit and payment period you offer each retailer. Restock records these terms; it does not negotiate them or provide the credit.
How does Restock check a business?
A business confirms itself with one proof in its own name: a GST number, Udyam registration or PAN, checked against government records through a licensed verification service, or — for a shop — a Shop Act licence, which a person at Restock checks. Once confirmation is switched on, shops confirm before placing orders, and credit is for confirmed shops.
Can my staff use Restock?
With Premium, invite your team by phone number as Operations, Accounts or Dispatch. Each person sees and does only their part — for example, Dispatch handles deliveries but doesn't see money.
Does Restock touch my money?
Payments go directly to you by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash. Restock records the amount, reference and any proof. You verify the payment before it reduces the recorded outstanding balance.
What do I need to sync with Tally?
A Premium distributor account for trading sync, or a Books account for read-only reports, and a Windows 10/11 PC running TallyPrime and the connector. Connect the account to that PC and check the accounting settings. Only orders you select for sync are sent to Tally.
Can I use Restock without Tally?
Yes. You can manage products, receive shop orders, set credit terms and verify payments in the mobile app without Tally. The connector is optional for businesses that already use TallyPrime.
Do my retailers need to join Restock?
Yes. Both businesses need a Restock account for orders placed through the app. You publish your catalogue and retailers use their shop accounts to order from it. Distributors and wholesalers are called 'dealers' in the app.
Who handles delivery?
You arrange fulfilment and delivery, including charges and timing. Restock lets you share order and dispatch updates with the retailer; it does not store or transport your goods.
Can I manage delayed dispatches?
For an eligible prepaid order awaiting dispatch, you can record a promised dispatch date and a note. The retailer can see the update and agree to wait. This records an agreed timeline; it is not live vehicle tracking.
Can I control who I trade with?
You set retailer credit limits and due days, and approve each shop's licence for restricted lines such as medicines or pesticides. You can also block a retailer relationship from an order and manage blocked retailers from your profile.
