In the app
Open Restock and go to Account → Delete account. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away and the app signs you out. This works for dealers, shops and staff on a dealer's team.

Delete your account.
You can delete your Restock account yourself in the app, or ask us to delete it here. See the privacy policy for everything we hold.
Without the app
Email support@restockapp.in from any address with the subject "Delete my Restock account" and the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm the request by calling or messaging that number, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
Your login (the mobile number can no longer sign in), your name and contact details, your shop or business address, GSTIN, PAN and other business details, your licences and business proofs, your photos, banners and payment screenshots, your saved Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, and your product catalogue (dealers).
What is kept, and why
Orders, invoices, payments and credit notes you made with another business stay, without your name or contact details, because they are that business's records too and Indian GST law requires tax records to be kept for at least six years. Nothing kept identifies you beyond what appears on a GST invoice.
Restock plans
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a plan bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there first: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
