Restock connects shops
and distributors.
Restock is a mobile app for Indian wholesale businesses. Shop owners order stock and track what they owe. Distributors receive those orders, manage their products and record customer payments. Both work from the same order details.
WHO HANDLES WHAT
You trade directly. Restock keeps the records.
Retailers are the shops buying stock. Distributors and wholesalers are the businesses supplying them, called dealers in the app. Both need a Restock account to place and manage orders together.
Your distributor supplies the goods
Distributors publish their own products, prices and stock in Restock. They accept orders and arrange delivery. Restock does not own, store or deliver the goods.
Payments go directly to the distributor
Shops pay by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash. Restock keeps the payment details and proof for the distributor to verify. It does not collect or hold the money.
Credit comes from the distributor
Each distributor decides whether to offer credit, how much a shop can use and when payment is due. Restock tracks those terms and balances. It does not provide loans.
Why we exist
Fewer scattered messages. Clearer order records.
A shop sends an order over WhatsApp, asks for a delivery update over the phone and shares payment proof in another message. The distributor has to bring those details together. Restock gives both businesses one place to follow the order.
Distributors publish their catalogue, and shops registered on Restock browse available products and place orders. Each business can follow confirmation, dispatch, invoices, payment verification and any approved returns from the same app.
For distributors already using TallyPrime, an optional Windows connector brings product, stock and price details into Restock and sends selected orders as they’re dispatched, verified payments and approved credit notes to Tally. With Books or Premium, the app’s Tally tab shows your own books from Tally — sales, dues both ways, ledgers, stock and profit. Books is a separate, read-only account for businesses that do not need a catalogue or shop orders. You can trade on Restock without a Tally connection.
