Find products from distributors

Browse distributors registered on Restock and search their available products. Compare prices and pack sizes, then place a separate order with each distributor.

The exact pack you need

Choose a strip, box, case or bag. See the distributor's price, available stock, minimum order quantity and any bulk discounts before ordering.

Your own prices

If a distributor puts you on a price list or gives you a special rate, you see your prices as you browse — with trade discounts and free-quantity schemes like “buy 48, get 4 free”. The cart totals the way the invoice will.

See what you owe and when

If your distributor offers credit, see your spending limit, unpaid balance and payment dates. Your available credit updates after the distributor verifies your payment.

Pay your distributor directly

Pay by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash — or part in cash and the rest by UPI. Add the payment details in Restock for your distributor to check. Restock does not collect or hold the money.

Follow every order update

See when your order is confirmed, on hold or dispatched, with delivery details added by your distributor. Confirm receipt when it arrives. Restock does not provide delivery.

Say yes to a smaller order

If your distributor is short on something, they ask before sending less. Approve or decline the smaller order; if you don't answer within 24 hours they may send it anyway.

Confirm your shop once

Confirm your business with a GST number, Udyam registration, PAN or Shop Act licence in your shop's name — needed to place orders and to get credit. Verified distributors show a badge too.

Licences for restricted lines

Selling medicines, seeds, fertilisers or pesticides? Add your licence once and ask each distributor to approve it. Until they do, those items wait in your cart while the rest of your order goes.

Reorder your regulars

Start a new cart from a past order. Review current prices, available stock and adjusted quantities before placing it again.

See your spending

What you've bought this financial year by month and by supplier, what you buy most, how often you pay on time and what discounts and schemes saved you. Download your orders as a CSV.

Keep payment proof handy

Save the amount, date, transaction reference and a screenshot. See which payments your distributor has verified and which are still waiting for review.

Find the invoice, right there

Open and share an available invoice PDF from the order itself, with its invoice reference and amount. No searching through message threads.

Raise a return or shortage

Report returned, damaged or missing goods after delivery. Your distributor reviews the request. Approved adjustments reduce the amount you owe.

How do I get started?
Join the early-access list. We’ll share availability and onboarding details when Restock is ready. Once you're in, set up your shop and confirm your business before your first order.
What does Restock cost for a shop?
Ordering is always free for shops. Shop Pro, the optional shop plan, is ₹99 a month, ₹529 for 6 months or ₹949 a year, and every new shop account starts with a 30-day free trial of it.
Why do I need to confirm my business?
So distributors know who they're supplying. Use any one of a GST number, Udyam registration or PAN in your shop's name — checked in seconds — or your Shop Act licence, which a person at Restock checks within a working day. A PAN in your personal name is yours, not the shop's. Once confirmation is switched on, you need it to place orders; distributors can also only give credit to confirmed shops.
Do I pay Restock or my distributor?
Pay your distributor directly by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash. Restock keeps the payment record and proof. Your distributor verifies receipt before your balance and available credit update.
How does credit work?
Credit is offered by your distributor, not by Restock, once your shop has confirmed its business. The distributor decides your limit and how long you have to pay. You can track your unpaid balance and due dates in the app.
Can I order from my existing distributors?
You can order from a distributor once they have registered on Restock and made their catalogue available. Existing suppliers do not appear automatically. The app calls distributors and wholesalers 'dealers'.
Can I buy from more than one distributor?
Yes. Browse available distributor catalogues in the app. Your cart holds products from one distributor at a time, so place separate orders for different businesses.
Who delivers the goods?
Your distributor arranges delivery and decides delivery charges and timing. Restock shows the order and dispatch updates they provide; it is not a delivery service.
Can I cancel an order or agree to a delay?
You can request cancellation while an order is pending or on hold, before confirmation. For eligible prepaid orders, you can agree to a later dispatch date. For other changes, contact your distributor.
